Discount codes are only to be used by the intended recipient. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Codes cannot be used on sale items, books, artwork or products made by: Medicom, Birkenstock, Mizuno, Reebok, Black & Blum, G.H. Bass, Heimplanet, Senz. This list is not exhaustive, please refer to the product pages for their eligibility.

Maharishi retains the right to withdraw or extend offers and promotions at any time.

Store credit may be issued for a return, price adjustment or a goodwill gesture and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It can be used in-store or online by entering the relevant code into the gift card field at checkout.

Once the store credit has been redeemed, the balance of any refund will be reimbursed back onto the gift card originally issued. It cannot be refunded back to any other payment method.

Our Gift cards are digital and not a physical card. The gift card is delivered by email once completing the order and can then be forwarded to the recipient.

The digital gift card can be redeemed online only, gift cards purchased online will not be accepted in our London or New York stores. The code on the card must be entered into the gift card field at the checkout when being used for online purchases. Gift cards can also be added to the Apple Wallet application for ease of access and redemption.

Gift cards have a 12 month expiry period from the date of purchase.

Multiple gift cards may be used in any transaction and in conjunction to another payment source.

Remaining credit cannot be exchanged for a monetary refund. Goods purchased with the gift card and subsequently returned to us will be credited back to the gift card used on the original order.

Any remaining balance on the card may be applied to future purchases.

For customers in the UK we offer 2 options for Klarna.

'Pay in 3 instalments' by Klarna allows our customers to spread the cost of their purchases into 3 interest-free instalments.

'Pay Later' by Klarna allows you to receive your order up front and get up to 30 days to pay without any interest and fees.

We offer Klarna's 'Pay Later' for a number of international countries. Klarna will be displayed as a payment option at checkout for these destinations.

Klarna accept all major debit and credit cards. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on maharishistore.com are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found within 14 days of accepting your order, maharishistore.com will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

If an item is received faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt and will be entitled to a replacement or full refund.

If an item has a manufacturing fault that has occurred within 6 months of purchase, a repair or replacement will be offered. Your payment will only be refunded if neither of these solutions are possible.

This will not affect your statutory rights.

The Maharishi mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Maharishi (“Maharishi”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Maharishi’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Maharishi through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Maharishi. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Maharishi or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Maharishi mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For Service support or assistance, text HELP to Maharishi or email ecom@maharishistore.com. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury maharishistore.com liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. maharishistore.com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if maharishistore.com has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
