Next working day delivery is guaranteed on most orders placed before 12:00 GMT, orders placed after this, will be dispatched the following working day. If your order is placed during the weekend or on a bank holiday, your order will not be dispatched until the subsequent working day. Exceptions to the above may occur and we reserve the right to take up to 30 days for delivery.

All countries within the European Union and The United States are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Countries outside of the European Union and The United States are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.

Our shipments to Russia are sent with Royal Mail’s International Signed For service. Due to the strengthened control measures introduced by customs authorities in Russia, this can lead to significant delays in processing shipments and therefore we cannot always guarantee the stated shipment times. Please contact the Russian Mail service with your tracking number for the delivery status. Russian customs also enforces a maximum import value of 1000 EUR per calendar month for individuals. maharishi’s returns policy applies 14 days from receipt of your goods - returns outside of this period are not accepted.

Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and with a completed returns form enclosed to ensure your return is processed efficiently.

Prepaid returns:

A pre-paid DHL returns label has been included with your order. Attach the shipping label to your parcel and contact DHL to schedule a collection time. Please give the ‘waybill doc’ to the courier on arrival. You can also drop off your parcel at your nearest DHL service point. Please visit for your nearest service point locations and regional contact information. Returns can also be handed back in person at the maharishi London store. Please bring the item(s) with your returns form.

We offer a pre-paid FedEx returns service for our US customers. Please contact to arrange your return. Returns can also be handed back in person at the maharishi New York store. Please bring the item(s) with your returns form.

Non-prepaid returns:

Please return your item(s) by mail or preferred courier service. We strongly recommend that, whichever service you choose, the parcel is insured and trackable as maharishi is not accountable for lost packages. Please send returns to the follow address:

maharishi does not cover the cost of returning your items. Please ensure that any goods you declare on a customs declaration form are marked as ‘Returned Goods’.

Please complete and enclose the returns form with your preferred size and/or colour. Exchanges are not offered for a different style, please place a new order if this is the case. If your request item for exchange is not available when your return is received you will receive a refund for the returned item. Exchange items will be returned to you free of charge.

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, PayPal account or as store credit. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days from the day we receive your order back. We do not refund the shipping charges applied to the original order.

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition
  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached
  • All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them
  • Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product
