maharishi look to the Western Scottish Isles to produce a luxurious Harris Tweed capsule. Featured are a number of coach jackets, including the maharishi store exclusive panel coach jacket and a panel b-hat – both handwoven in Scotland from 100% pure new wool. The jackets feature an elongated silhouette along with an internal shoulder carry strap.
Other key pieces are the stadium jacket; body constructed from UK mill Moon’s military wool with contrast Harris Tweed sleeves, and 6-panel caps, which feature a hand embroidered maharishi rocker badge. Both the rocker badges and the play on raw cut sleeveless jackets are inspired by biker habits and uniforms – an element that runs throughout maharishi’s AW16 collection.
maharishi have also printed patterns on to Harris Tweed, creating full DPM: British Bonsai Forest camouflage suits, offered in two seasonal colourways – jungle and night.
