UK Returns
Goods must be returned within 14 days* of receipt of the goods.
Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached. If the goods are returned in a state not fit for resale, then any costs to cover cleaning or repair shall be deducted from the subsequent refund. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached and with any additional packaging.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

Maharishi offer a pre-paid returns service for our UK customers. To download your shipping label please visit maharishi.returnscenter.com.You will be required to print the shipping label and arrange the packaging of the goods. You may use the original packaging it came in.
To arrange a collection please visit the DHL site or call 0844 248 0844 with the waybill number on the label.
The parcel can be dropped at any of DHL’s drop off points. Find your nearest here
If you are returning your order for a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount.
This return service is only offered from the country the goods are purchased from. If a return is required from another country please visit our International returns portal here
Artwork, 1000% Medicom Toys and Rugs are not covered by this pre-paid returns service.
Yes, the pre-paid service is optional and may still be returned by mail or courier of your preference at your own cost. You will be responsible for the parcel whilst it is in transit; Maharishi will not be held accountable for lost parcels and we would advise to choose a trackable and insured service.
Yes, all orders that are returned to us within 14 days from the day that you received your order are eligible for a full refund. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, PayPal account or gift card.
If there was a shipping charge on your order, this will not be refunded.
If you used our pre-paid return shipping service, the costs of this will be deducted from your total refund amount.
We do not accept back returns outside of the 14-day period.

After the refund has been processed, please allow up to 48 hours for the bank to complete the transaction.
We do not offer an exchange service. Please return your items for store credit of a refund and place a new order.
You can also return your order in exchange for store credit. The credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card. This may be applied to future purchases at maharishistore.com and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

In the unusual event that your item purchased from us is delivered faulty or has developed a fault upon wearing within 180 days of receipt, Maharishi will pursue to either repair or exchange the item. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be provided. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You should inform us regarding a faulty item as soon as possible via ecom@maharishistore.com, stating your order number and presenting photographic evidence of the fault.
Unwanted items that were purchased in-store from Maharishi London or NYC must be returned unworn and with all original tags attached, within 14 days of purchase and are eligible for exchange or store credit. Maharishi does not offer refunds on store purchases. All in-store Sale purchases are final.
International Returns

Please visit the returns portal to organise your return and download your shipping label. You will be presented with two options to send the goods back to us:
Standard Return:
Select this option to create a Return Label and send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice. You will cover the full cost of this return.
Express Prepaid Return:
Select this option to create a Return Label and send back the returned goods with DHL using our flat rate discounted rate. The rate will be displayed in the portal. The cost of this service will be deducted from the final refund amount that you receive.

If you are local to our store in New York, online purchases can be returned in-store. Items must be returned unworn and with all original tags attached, within 14 days receipt of goods for a refund. We are unable to issue store credit or exchanges for international orders returned in-store.
