Flagship Store Manager, Soho, London
Responsible for driving the performance and operations of the London Flagship Store, reporting to the Senior Leadership team and working closely with the eCommerce Team,and other key areas of the company to help deliver an omnichannel experience.
The position is full-time and will include working weekends and holidays as required, on rotation.
Responsibilities
- Assume sole responsibility of Maharishi London Flagship Store performance and operations.
- Strive to achieve and exceed financial, KPI and operational targets.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience as per company guidelines, both personally and via the sales team.
- Manage store rota’s, staffing levels & wage expenditure.
- Coach, develop and recruit a strong retail sales team.
- Adhere to all aspects of the management handbook, including: HR, and Loss Prevention.
- Ownership of stock control and stock room management inc. processing deliveries and transfers to minimise shrinkage.
- Own store visual merchandising, seeking continual improvement.
- Analyse and utilise weekly sales reports to maximise store profit and performance - communicating with Buyer, Finance Department & MD.
- Provide detailed weekly, quarterly and annual reporting of store performance vs. KPIs to the Finance department and Managing Director.
- Work closely with the Stock Manager and eCommerce Team to deliver an omni-channel customer experience.
- Attend weekly meetings with the eCom manager and NYC store manager, providing insights and actions to drive retail performance.
- Assist with store events & product launches.
- Suggest and implement improvements to Retail Operations where appropriate.
- Represent Maharishi as a brand ambassador.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and CRM systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Store Manager position.
- Strong organisational & team leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs.
- Proven track record in sales / customer service / client relations / employee development.
- Experience in selling products that require bespoke specialist knowledge.
- Literate and familiar using Microsoft Office (including Excel) & Google drive.
- Preferred experience using Shopify POS.
- Preferred experience coordinating and assisting store events, product launches and experiential retail.
- Deep affinity and understanding of Maharishi and its values.
- The ability to navigate and understand the intricacies of working for an independently owned company.
- Positive, can do attitude with the willingness to make real change in an organisation.
Remuneration is dependent on experience.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND COMMUNITY EXECUTIVE, SOHO, LONDON
This role will develop and drive social media marketing strategy and manage the Maharishi social media community. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, working closely with the eCom Trading Team, Digital Marketing Exec and Digital Designer to maintain and optimise all organic social media content and engage whilst retaining brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for all Maharishi Social Media channels
- Planning, posting and maintenance of Maharishi Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Pinterest accounts
- Create content, captions and copy for posts with sign-off from the Marketing Manager
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's Marketing goals and KPIs to monitor performance with sign-off from the Marketing Manager
- Consistently improving reach and engagement whilst retaining brand integrity
- Maintain and grow social media followers on all channels whilst retaining brand integrity
- Identify potential new and unexplored social media platforms and successfully launch Maharishi e.g. TikTok
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on social media analytics, community engagement, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager, Digital Designer and broader team to create and manage the content calendar. Pitching creative ideas for social media content.
- Analyse, monitor and report on new social/influencer trends and algorithms
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Exec, Ecom Trade Team, Retail Teams, Wholesale teams and Digital Designer to deliver an omnichannel experience
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Social Media or Community Manager Role
- Experience managing social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Pinterest
- Experience creating content for social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Pinterest
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr etc, preferred but not essential

MIDWEIGHT ARTWORKER/GRAPHIC DESIGNER, SOHO, LONDON
This role is responsible for supporting the development of graphic inputs and art working for both mainline Maharishi collections and external collaborations, as well as DPM Studio camouflage projects, etc.
Responsibilities
- Graphics support across departments, including contribution to linesheets, tech packs, collection themes, internal/external project briefs, general art direction, brand identity, etc.
- Create design outputs that include: mood boards, print graphics, embroideries, iconography, brand identity, presentation decks, camouflage/disruptive patterns, etc.
Qualifications
- 3+ year experience in a graphic design role. Experience in a similar scale/price point brand, retailer or agency is preferred
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the above
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Sketch
- Excellent eye for detail
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to multitask. Tenacious and thorough in delivering solutions to problems.

GARMENT TECHNICIAN, SOHO, LONDON
Maharishi is seeking a Garment Technician to support its growing Design and Production departments. This new position will be instrumental in ensuring quality, fit and functionality of garments - from the initial design stage through to final production.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Design and Product Development teams to review and establish consistent templates across the core collection
- Creating and maintaining detailed technical specifications for garments, including: measurements, materials, construction methods and finishing techniques
- Preparing patterns for manufacturing process and assisting with inspection of garment construction / fit at all stages of sampling and production
- Confidently run seasonal fit meetings
- Take ownership of master blocks and grading rules ensuring consistency across supplier base
- Liaise directly with vendors with updates to fit and other issues
- Review test reports and washcare label contents
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a forward thinking nature
- Experience in pattern making and technical sewing preferred
- High awareness of general fashion trends and how they relate to pattern silhouettes, fabrics, styles, etc.
- Positive attitude with the willingness to make real change in a growing organisation
- Proficiency in Adobe CC desired, but not essential
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets required
- Willingness to travel overseas to visit manufacturers
