Responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. Reporting to the Store Management team.
The position is part time 2-3 days per week and will include working weekends and holidays as required.
Responsibilities
· Deliver an outstanding customer experience as per company guidelines.
· Strive to achieve and exceed financial, KPI and operational targets.
· Develop and maintain client relationships.
· Process stock deliveries and transfers as per company guidelines.
· Assisting with day to day running of the store.
· Work on in-store events & product launches.
· Supporting team with VM and display tasks when needed.
· Represent Maharishi as a brand ambassador.
· Ad hoc support for all areas of the business.
Requirements
· Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role.
· Customer focused with experience in selling products that require bespoke specialist knowledge.
· Deep affinity and understanding of Maharishi and its values.
· Flexible availability.
· Punctual and reliable.
· Self-motivated.
