Placing an Order


Where possible we will do our best to accommodate amendments to orders. Please contact our customer service team at the earliest opportunity.


We cannot process any changes or cancellations to orders during our sale periods

We make every effort to action cancellation request in a timely manner. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible.

Please contact our customer service team at the earliest opportunity if you wish to cancel your order.

We regret that it is not possible for us to do this.

Please ensure you select the correct location from the country selector in the menu at the top right hand side of the page on desktop or within the dropdown menu on mobile.

Size guides can be found on the product page, next to the description.

The size guides display the exact garment measurements. We recommend that you compare these to a similar garment that you already own.

We do not currently offer gift receipts or wrapping.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Google pay and Apple pay. Other local payment methods will also be offered at the checkout after selecting your shipping country.

Shipping


Please use the tracking links provided by email to locate your parcel.


If you have selected a pick-up shop, please ensure that you check the tracking page to get your QR code pick up pass. Failure to collect the parcel within 7 days will result in the parcel being sent back.


If your parcel has been signed for but you have not received it, please check with your neighbouring addresses in case they have taken receipt of it.


Please contact our customer service team at the earliest opportunity if you are unable to find your parcel or if the tracking information hasn't been helpful.

All UK orders are shipped with DPD internationally with both DPD and DHL Express. Please refer to the ​Shipping section of our website for information regarding the delivery time and cost.

Shipments to countries outside of the European Union and the United States may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties. You will be liable for any charges imposed by your local customs authority.

Please refer to the Shipping​ section of our website for information regarding Tax & Duties.

We aim to ship all orders placed before 1pm on the same day. Orders placed later will be shipped on the following day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend, will ship on Monday.

You will be notified by email with your tracking information once the parcel has been shipped.

During busier periods, there may be a slight delay to our usual dispatch times.

Where possible we will do our best to accommodate amendments to shipping addresses. Please contact our customer service team at the earliest opportunity.

Returns


Please register your return within 14 days of placing the order and download your shipping label on our return portal;

When returning from the UK, we charge £4.95 for our pre-paid return shipping label. On sale items this cost is £10.

For return costs for international orders, please refer to the international return portal.

The return cost will be deducted from your refund upon processing the return.

It is currently not possible to collect your order in store, However, you can return your order to either of our London or New York stores.

You will receive a returns confirmation receipt from the store and our customer service team will process your return within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued within 14 working days from the day we receive your order back, and 21 days for international orders.

We cannot accept items that have been purchased from other retailers of Maharishi products. Please contact the retailer that you purchased the item from for assistance.

Products


To receive a notification when an item is restocked subscribe to our ‘Notify me when available’ feature. Simply select the size you require on the product page and enter your email in the box provided.

Please refer to the size guides on the product pages. These show the actual garment measurements, so please compare these to an item you already own.

If an item is received faulty or damaged, you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund.

Black Friday


The Black Friday promotion entitles the purchaser up to 30% off full-price Maharishi collections. The promotion excludes core plain Snopants®, non-Maharishi products, sale and artwork.

Our standard returns policy applies to all Black Friday purchases.

Discount codes may not be applied to Black Friday purchases.

Whilst we strive to uphold our stated delivery times, during busier periods, we cannot guarantee regular service times as displayed in our shipping section T&Cs.
