Maharishi’s latest collection continues the perennial exploration of duality and pacifist military design, combining Eastern and Western influences on a range of silhouettes including signature kimonos, trousers, and iterations of technical outerwear. Duality is a central pillar of Maharishi’s creative ethos, often represented through depictions of the Yin and Yang. The idea of two opposing forces finding balance in an infinite back-and-forth, simultaneously complementing and contradicting each other while connecting to the natural world, is displayed through the Panther Chimera artwork. Each half represents a starting point for change, continuously chasing its counterpart in a never-ending search for equilibrium.
