How fast is UK shipping?
UK orders are shipped with DPD on an express 1-3 day service. This applies to orders placed before 14:00 GMT. Orders placed after this, will be dispatched the following working day. If your order is placed during the weekend or on a bank holiday, your order will not be dispatched until the subsequent working day.
Whilst we strive to uphold our stated delivery times, during busier periods, Maharishi cannot always guarantee the regular delivery times as displayed.
Final Holiday Shipping Dates
Orders are guaranteed to arrive in time if placed before 1pm (GMT) 22nd December.
How do I track my order?
You will be sent your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. You are also able to track your order at various stages through our tracking portal here.
Artwork, Medicom & Rug Orders
These product categories are not covered by the free shipping promotion. An additional shipping fee will be added at the checkout. Due to the size and fragility of Artwork, it is not covered by our standard shipping rates.
Small items such as stickers or keychain accessories will have an option to ship by Royal Mail's 1st class service for a reduced price. This option is an economy service, with increased shipping times that are not guaranteed. The parcel will not be trackable.

Tax and Duty
Your order will be shipped from within the UK, therefore there are no additional costs on the delivery of your order.
Can I collect my order from your London store?
Currently this service is not available.
How do I edit my shipping address?
Please contact our customer support email@example.com. If your order has already been dispatched this may not be possible depending on the progress of your delivery.
What is your return policy?
Goods must be returned within 14 days* of receipt of the goods. Returns received outside of the 14 day policy are no longer eligible for refunds. Store credit or an exchange shall be offered instead.
Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached. If the goods are returned in a state not fit for resale, then any costs to cover cleaning or repair shall be deducted from the subsequent refund. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached and with any additional packaging.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

*Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed on or after the 30th November are covered by an extended returns policy until the 10th January. All other terms apply.
How do I return my order?
Maharishi offer a pre-paid returns service for our UK customers. To download your shipping label please visit maharishi.returnscenter.com.You will be required to print the shipping label and arrange the packaging of the goods. You may use the original packaging it came in.
To arrange a collection please visit the DHL site or call 0844 248 0844 with the waybill number on the label.

If you are returning your order for a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the total refund amount.
This return service is only offered from the country the goods are purchased from. If a return is required from another country please visit our International returns portal here
Artwork, 1000% Medicom Toys and Rugs are not covered by this pre-paid returns service.
Can I return the order without your courier?
Yes, the pre-paid service is optional and may still be returned by mail or courier of your preference at your own cost, or directly to our London store. You will be responsible for the parcel whilst it is in transit; Maharishi will not be held accountable for lost parcels and we would advise to choose a trackable and insured service.
Orders can be returned in person to our London store. Please ensure that you register you return and get an RMA number from the returns portal (maharishi.returnscenter.com), otherwise it will not be accepted. Orders returned in-store will be provided with a confirmation receipt when goods have been received.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, all orders that are returned to us within 14 days from the day that you received your order are eligible for a full refund. Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, PayPal account or gift card.
If there was a shipping charge on your order, this will not be refunded.
If you used our pre-paid return shipping service, the costs of this will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If your order is received outside of the 14 day policy, you will be offered store credit or an exchange instead, otherwise the parcel will be returned to you.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the goods back.
After the refund has been processed, please allow up to 48 hours for the bank to complete the transaction.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes you can, but this may only be exchanged for the same style. Please visit maharishi.returnscenter.com to organise your exchange. Your exchange item will be sent to you free of charge.
If you want to exchange your goods for another style, please return your order for a refund, and place a new order.
You can also return your order in exchange for store credit. The credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card. This may be applied to future purchases at maharishistore.com and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Can I return products purchased in the sale?
Yes, our policy above applies during the sales period.
What do I do if my garment has a fault or is damaged?
In the unusual event that your goods suffer a manufacturing fault, Maharishi will either refund, exchange or repair your goods upon production of a valid proof of purchase (within 180 days). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
