The MA-1 was designed by the United States Air Force (USAF) for all year multi-situational use. Angled zipped chest pockets, for ease of access whilst sat in a cockpit. Lining for these jackets were originally seen in orange Hi Vis for signalling after ejection or calling in airstrikes.
